Privacy Policy

SeatHawk is designed without a visible account. It still creates an anonymous installation profile so your watches, subscription access, alerts, and notification devices can work together.

Information we process

How we use information

We use this information only to operate SeatHawk: find supported screenings, evaluate seat preferences, prevent duplicate work and alerts, deliver notifications, verify subscriptions, secure the service, respond to support requests, and diagnose reliability problems.

Sharing

We use service providers that host the backend and deliver Apple services such as subscriptions and push notifications. When you choose a purchase link, your device opens the ticket seller's site or app; that seller receives information under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising or behavioral-analytics SDKs.

Retention and deletion

Your anonymous profile, watches, devices, and alert records remain available while you use SeatHawk. Choose Settings → Delete SeatHawk data to delete that profile and stop its monitoring demand. Subscription transaction records and limited security or operational records may be retained when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or service integrity, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.

Your choices

You can decline notifications and still view alert history in the app. You can manage or cancel the subscription through Apple, delete SeatHawk data in the app, and contact support with a privacy request.

Security and children

SeatHawk uses encrypted network connections and access controls designed to protect its accountless profiles. No system is completely secure. SeatHawk is not directed to children under 13.
