Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the SeatHawk app and monitoring service. By using SeatHawk, you agree to them.

The service

SeatHawk monitors supported third-party movie-ticket listings using the criteria you provide and may alert you when a potential match appears. SeatHawk is not a ticket seller, theater, reservation service, or purchasing agent.

Availability is not guaranteed. SeatHawk cannot hold seats. Inventory, showtimes, formats, pricing, fees, and purchase eligibility may change before you reach or complete checkout.

SeatHawk Pro

SeatHawk Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription purchased through the App Store. The purchase screen displays the current localized price and billing period before confirmation. Payment is charged by Apple. The subscription renews unless canceled through your App Store subscription settings. Tickets are separate purchases and are never included in the subscription.

Coverage and acceptable use

Coverage is limited to supported theaters, listings, formats, and providers and may change. You may use SeatHawk only for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to access another profile, resell alerts or service access, evade limits, or use SeatHawk to violate a seller's terms or applicable law.

Third-party services

Purchase links open third-party services governed by their own terms, privacy policies, prices, refund rules, and accessibility. References to a theater, movie, format, or seller describe supported catalog information and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

Changes, suspension, and cancellation

You may pause or delete watches, delete SeatHawk data, or cancel SeatHawk Pro at any time. We may limit or suspend monitoring when required for security, law, provider restrictions, service integrity, or unsupported coverage. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised date.

Disclaimers and limitation

SeatHawk is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted scans, immediate notifications, exact seat-map interpretation, or successful ticket purchases. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeatHawk is not liable for lost ticket opportunities, changes made by third-party sellers, or indirect or consequential damages.
