SeatHawk Support

Tell us what you were trying to do, the approximate time it happened, and the movie or theater involved. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, Apple private keys, or ticket-seller credentials.

Notifications

Open SeatHawk Settings to see whether notifications are allowed. If permission was denied, use the button there to open iOS Settings. Alert history remains available inside SeatHawk.

Subscription

Use Restore purchases in SeatHawk if an active App Store subscription is not recognized. Use Manage subscription to view or cancel billing through Apple.

Delete your data

Choose Settings → Delete SeatHawk data. This removes the anonymous SeatHawk profile, watches, alerts, and registered devices. It does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Ticket purchases

SeatHawk cannot change, refund, or complete a ticket order. Contact the ticket seller or theater for purchase and refund assistance.
